Onika Williams, Founder & President, is a catalyst for change.
As a strategist, she leverages 20 years of experience with honest and open communication to develop and manage organizational change, champion inclusive initiatives, and lead executive and team development.
At Tyson Foods, one of the world’s largest food companies, Onika developed a reputation for fostering honest and open communication and empowering individuals to solve business objectives by leveraging their unique skills and backgrounds. Now as the Founder & President of Evolv3 Consulting, she leverages her 16 years of Fortune 100 experience to help individuals and organizations reach their own innovative solutions to every opportunity.
She believes transformative coaches must listen with curiosity and cultivate space for vulnerability. She guides leaders to identify strengths, address fears and confront challenges to help them lead with their authentic selves.
Her proudest transformational journey has been as a parent – building a healthy co-parenting relationship with her former husband to ensure a supportive, loving environment for her daughter. Work-life balance comes, she says, when you bring your entire self to work by establishing clear priorities and boundaries.
